If it's a USB device, connect it to the system and see if Windows can automatically find a driver for it. If not, after Windows gives up trying to locate a driver for it, open up Device Manager, find the device in the list of unknown devices, right-click on it and select Properties.

On the Details tab, look up the Device Instance ID. This is a long and complicated string. Record the entire Device Instance ID, bring it back to us and let us know what it is. 
From that it may be possible to find a driver, if one exists.
