Never got ext warranty, no help generac, poor run company. Can't get answer, sent paper, they can't find it, says i did not mail to correct address. Related: wake up general. Had order early so i could get the 10 year warranty. No luck with them since aug of 2016. 2016 and jan2017. They still don't have paper why does every one have a problem, why can't you just get it done.
